VICTOR LANCH MANAGING DIRECTOR STRATEGY + EXECUTION + TRANSITION Victor is a versatile, articulate and innovative leader. He has years of proven hands-on experience working across a diverse range of roles in digital transformation, analytics, enterprise architecture, CX/UX/UI design, strategy, business improvement, and medium to large-scale Agile programs. He has a proven history of building trusted relationships with C-level executives across various industries to inform strategy and enterprise wide decision-making. Victor has strong experience across multiple industries including: investment and institutional banking, utilities and infrastructure, automotive engineering and marketing, digital services, insurance, retail, education, healthcare, and government sectors. Victor's core strength is his ability to engage and forge key relationships (from trusted partner to executive management to training front line resources) - across all parts of an organisation to deliver on tangible and profitable results in a timely manner. Outside of Management Consulting, Victor is engaged in residential property development across Australia and has expansive knowledge within Architecture, Construction, Interior Design, Risk Management and Mortgage Broking. |
